Pathways Hospice Offers Spring Grief and Loss Support Groups in San Francisco Bay Area Pathways Hospice Offers Grief Support Sunnyvale, CA (PRWEB) February 14, 2013 Pathways Home Health & Hospice is offering a new series of Spring grief support groups beginning in the first week of March 2013. These grief support groups run for six-to-eight weeks and are held in various locations in the cities of Sunnyvale, Menlo Park, Los Gatos, Fremont, Redwood City, Albany, and Oakland. The groups are free of charge and non-denominational. Registration is required. Please contact Pathways Home Health & Hospice for specific times and locations.
