Now that the Supreme Court has spoken, Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney and the congressional Republicans say that if Romney is elected president, they will repeal Obamacare and allow Americans to purchase healthcare insurance across state lines.

Do these politicians really believe that a healthcare insurance company in North Dakota will sell me a low-cost healthcare insurance policy and pay for the most expensive healthcare in the United States here in Miami? Who are they kidding?
